Our Services include:-

A  Free Consultation and Design service

We will send one of our experienced consultants to assess and advise on your requirements. We will explain  what types of central heating systems there are and advise on the varieties of Boilers and radiators that are available on the Market. We will then Design a fully costed solution which we will present, discuss and agree with you. Once agreement on the design has been reached a start date for the work to commence will be proposed and agreed with you.

An Installation Service

All installation is undertaken by experienced and qualified engineers and usually is completed without any problems. In the uncommon event of a problem arising then rest assured that the team will consult with you at every stage to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the alternative solution.   It is worth remembering that any boiler fitted by us comes with a full 12 month manufacturers warranty on parts and labour.

A Maintenance Service

We offer a full maintenance and repair service on all types of central heating systems whether installed by us or not. This is a contract that is renewable annually and is designed to give you complete peace of mind. In line with IS09000 quality standards, all maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures and the latest British and European Standards. Following a site visit, clients receive a comprehensive written report detailing all work. It is this customer focus, expertise and attention to detail which is the hallmark of our Company's success.

In addition to scheduled annual or bi-annual visits, and scheduled equipment services MC Gas operates a 24 hour emergency call out service, 365 days a year, for all its clients

The details of this service will obviously vary from one system to another and so need to be agreed on an individual basis. Call us to discuss your requirements.

A Diagnostic and Repair service

We offer this service for systems that do not have a Maintenance Contract with us or even for systems that we have not installed. Unlike other plumbers we do not levy a call out charge for any calls that are made within our normal working hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm, However there is a £100 surcharge for any call outs made outside those hours.  

General Plumbing Services

As a long standing plumbing company we also offer the normal plumbing services such as Bathroom suite or full Kitchen installations and repair. For these services again feel to call us.
